Twin Cities Chapter

The IEEE Technical Committee on Women in Engineering (WIE) is dedicated to advancing, supporting, and empowering women in engineering, research, and technology professions worldwide. Aligned with the global mission of IEEE WIE, the committee fosters collaboration across diverse technical disciplines to promote inclusion, leadership development, and professional growth within the engineering and scientific community. Through international conferences, mentorship initiatives, networking programs, travel grants, workshops, and outreach activities, the committee actively works to strengthen participation and representation in STEM fields. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and genders to engage with our community and contribute to building a more diverse and innovative future for technology.
