PDH/CEU Availability

IEEE Credentialing Program

Some events may offer the opportunity to earn PDHs (Professional Development Hours) or CEUs (Continuing Education Units).

One PDH is equal to one contact hour of instruction.

1 PDH = 0.1 CEU

10 PDH = 1 CEU

To be eligible to receive PDHs or CEUs, attendees at the relevant event must attend the full event, participate in question/answer sessions or assessment activities, and submit an event evaluation survey form. Forms may be submitted up to two weeks after the date of the event.

Look for the IEEE Credentialing Program logo (as above) to identify events that offer PDHs or CEUs.

Please note, there is a $5.00 fee for processing a PDH/CEU application.

You can learn more about the IEEE Credentialing Program here.
